Thai Yoga Massage

Experience your first Thai Yoga Massage or give yourself or a loved one this special gift. This massage relaxes and rebalances the body's energy flow relieving anxiety, depression and tension. It is beneficial to people of varying ages and degrees of flexibility providing greater range of motion and pain relief.

Massages are by appointment and usually are 60 minutes, or 90 minute sessions.
