Summer Schedule & Registration:
Starting in June, YogaTent will be switching over to a summer schedule. Most likely, it’ll be very similar to the current schedule, but with a few modifications.
Let's stretch out the summer weather and enjoy the sunshine. YogaTent is offering 4 different yoga classes throughout the summer that require pre-registration for either 5 or 10 consecutive sessions. Registration begins now till June 7th.
If you practice yoga at YogaTent and have any suggestions or requests for the summer schedule, please email us: sandra@yogatent.com
Summer Classes Begin Monday June 1, 2009
Thai Yoga Massage:
Massages are by appointment and usually are 60 minutes, or 90 minute sessions. If you have not experienced a Thai Yoga Massage please give yourself or a loved one this special gift. This massage relaxes and rebalances the body's energy flow relieving anxiety, depression and tension. It is beneficial to people of varying ages and degrees of flexibility providing greater range of motion and pain relief.
Thai massage originated in India and is based on ayurveda & yoga. The technique combines massage with yoga positions/asanas as the therapist assists the client into yoga asanas then applies pressure to marma points along the energy meridians.
My very first Thai Yoga massage set me upon my yoga journey to learn more and to offer this healing art to others. It is a unique expereince making it difficult to explain but the benefits are wonderful.
For more information on Thai yoga massage please visit the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage.
Namaste!
Dear Friends,
'The great thing about being in a tent is that no matter how harsh the elements, no matter how great the struggle for survival, when you close your tent door and surrender to this space which is yours and yours alone, you will always find yourself'
