Thai Yoga MassageExperience your first Thai Yoga Massage or give yourself or a loved one this special gift. This massage relaxes and rebalances the body's energy flow relieving anxiety, depression and tension. It is beneficial to people of varying ages and degrees of flexibility providing greater range of motion and pain relief.

Thai Yoga Massage
| Thai Yoga Massage originated in India and is based on ayurveda & yoga. The technique combines massage with yoga positions/asanas as the therapist assists the client into yoga asanas then applies pressure to marma points along the energy meridians.
My very first Thai Yoga massage set me upon my yoga journey to learn more and to offer this healing art to others. It is a unique expereince making it difficult to explain but the benefits are wonderful.
