This special 5 Class Yoga Series is open to anyone interested in learning how to incorporate yoga props (blocks, straps, bolsters) in hatha yoga. Enjoy the experience of modifying yoga poses to suit individual body proportions. Yoga props encourage proper alignment and safety. Inspired by Iyengar yoga, this approach often makes the practice more accessible and effective for people of all body types, regardless of limb length or torso size.

Terms & Conditions:

  • During the booking process, all participants are required to complete the online New Client Waiver.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled time.
  • We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session price.
  • You can cancel your appointment within 24 hours and receive an account credit that can be used to reschedule your session.
  • The number of participants in the session cannot be changed on the day of the booking. If a member of the group is unable to attend, the session will proceed as a smaller group, and the original price will still apply.
  • The person who initiates the booking is responsible for the full payment. The system does not split payments among the attendees.
  • Valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Our Signature Class

VinyasaFlow Yoga

A well-balanced yoga session to the sound of the breath and music that will make you groove. The word ‘vinyasa’ is derived from the Sanskrit term nyasa, which means ‘to place’ and the prefix ‘vi’, means ‘in a special way’. Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of specific asanas (yoga postures) coordinated with the movements of the breath. Vinyasa yoga requires that we cultivate an awareness that links each action to the next – one breath at a time.

Restorative Yoga

Stillness is a powerful practice. Restorative yoga poses are typically held for anywhere from five to twenty minutes. This style of yoga, rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, emphasizes the use of props to alleviate strain and pain. The practice harmonizes movement, meditation, and breath to release tension and nourish the nervous system. In class, you will open your fascia, connective tissue, and larger muscles, finding tranquility with the help of bolsters, blocks, cushions, and blankets. Props are provided for practice! Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket.

When to Practice Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is appropriate anytime your body or mind is in need of rest. This includes:

  • Feeling tired or run down
  • Recovering from illness or injury
  • Navigating major life changes or transitions
  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

SlowFlow Yoga

Slow Flow yoga is a style that blends elements of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, offering a slower-paced, more meditative flow with longer holds in poses. It emphasizes connecting breath with movement, cultivating body awareness, and promoting relaxation. It's a gentle practice suitable for all levels, including beginners, and can be a great way to build strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm.

Beginner 101 Yoga! 6-Week Series – the perfect place to start!

Mondays 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM

September 15th - October 27th inclusive. No class on October 13th - Thanksgiving Day.

This 6-week series of classes is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga. During the classes, you’ll learn and practice the fundamental yoga poses, each session building on the previous week’s class. Your instructor will teach you how to modify the most commonly practiced poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.
