Body Proportion and the Physical Practice of Yoga (Asana)

This special class is designed for anyone interested in learning how to incorporate yoga props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters into their yoga practice. This is a Hatha Yoga class that demonstrates how props can be used to accommodate individual body proportions. Using yoga props promotes proper alignment and enhances safety during practice. Inspired by Iyengar yoga, this approach makes yoga more accessible and effective for individuals of all body types, regardless of limb length or torso size.
