This special 5 Class Yoga Series is open to anyone interested in learning how to incorporating yoga props (blocks, straps, bolsters) in hatha yoga. Enjoy the experience of modifying yoga poses to suit individual body proportions. Yoga props encourage proper alignment and safety. Inspired by Iyengar yoga, this approach often makes the practice more accessible and effective for people of all body types, regardless of limb length or torso size.
